As Dan's primary business partner, advisor, sponsor, donor and manager and the Founder of Money Mentor®. Let's introduce you to the Money Mentor Companies. Money Mentor provides educational support and refferals, as well as creates awareness on the needs of "Special People with Special Needs". Our founder, started out at UCLA teaching Reading Literacy in Watts (Los Angeles) and Interned as Behavioral Therapist to Autistic Children who could not speak. Fast forward 20 years, after running major endowments and starting Money Mentor Foundation, Money Mentor continued to serve others faithfully, donating thousands a month in time, money and free services, until finally creating a series of classes to teach people what can be done to plan for such things while you and your loved ones are still healthy. Now a 20 plus year public figure and entreprenuer, Money Mentor also manages and advises on complex business issues, in the feild of communication, and professionalism. Has programs for Vets, Families and School Age Children and helps facilitate the educational aspects of the planning that you need for "Special People, Special Needs"®. 

Founders statement: "Being a certified guided medical meditation practioner, and a hypnotherapist with a medical background in clinical psychology, my background has given me a love for helping others with complex financial and emotional learning and educational issues For more than the last 2 decades, I learned to care for people and improve their lives. My father was a city councilman in a small town, my mom was a well known Realtor ®, I grew up with everyone knowing my face, my name and all of my family. When I was a child, we had a once a week, all day, Big Brother®. His name was Al. I thought he was my real brother. I knew he was not, but my dad wanted to make sure that Al felt the love and felt like we were a family. Al was able bodied but had Down Syndrome and learned a lot about love and stability from being a part of our family one day a week. 

At the same time, my dad also hosted a suicide hotline, into our house. My brother and I used to sneak to listen to the calls, I always wanted to know what my dad said and how the calls went. I was not yet 10, when I became aware of how many people needed help in this life and that there was honor in being the one who could help to provide it. 

My parents started me down the journey of understanding that all people were different and all people were special and just because someone needs something done or said a little differently, did not make them "different" in a bad way or lesser than others, it just meant we needed to be more open and a little kinder and learn a bit more what that person really needed if we could we give it to them.

This lead to a life of service work and work with non profits raising and managing money. In High School, I started working with the Special Olympics Organization and had to do over 100 hours of certified volunteer work just to graduate with a HS diploma! 

After that I was hooked on helping others... for the rest of my life.. I started to work for mostly non profits, after teaching for years and built several non profit organizations that were people focused. All I ever wanted to do was to help others get the tools and education to help change their own live and the lives around them. As I did this.. I learned the hard way, how little my family, who were wonderful loving immigrants, knew about business in America and how to take care of themselves financially. As we worked together to learn, we learned to help other people, in ways that were never imagined. 

All while my parents lead the cause of teaching others about money. This knowledge is what allowed me and my mother to survive once we were on our own. I hardly count the 100's and often 1000's of hours a year I donate to wonderful causes and people....Through Money Mentor Foundation, I can continue to be a God send to others, while continuing to help teach the in's and outs of financial literacy to kids.
